About EFT
EFT is an "energy healing" or "energy psychology" technique that combines acupressure tapping with focused thought, resulting in the simultaneous release of energy disruptions and physical/emotional problems.
Created by Gary Craig in the 1990s, EFT quickly became popular throughout the United States and around the world. There are now hundreds of EFT-related websites, books that describe it, and workshops that teach it, plus thousands of practitioners and counselors who employ it.
For information about EFT, practitioner referrals, workshops, videos, conferences, and a free introductory manual, visit EFTInternational.org.
Gary Craig published an online newsletter for several years and its archives are available at his website, emofree.com, which also features Gary’s free Gold Standard (Official) EFT Tapping Tutorial .
